Abstract: ABSTRACT IMPROVING AI/ML INFERENCE RELIABILITY There is provided a solution for transferring AI explainabil-ity information over a radio interface in a cellular network. According to an aspect, a method comprises: transmitting, by user equipment to a network node of a cellular network, capability information indicating capabilities of the user equipment to explain an output of an artificial intelligence or machine learning, AI/ML, operation; receive, from the network node, a configuration for reporting said explana-tion of said output; transmitting, by the user equipment to the network node, a message comprising an information element indicating approval or rejection of the configura-tion; and based on approving the configuration, performing the following operations by the user equipment: performing said AI/ML operation, and reporting, to the network node, an output of said AI/ML operation and, based on the con-figuration and the AI/ML operation, explanation for said output.
