The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT IMPROVED VERTICAL AXIS WINDMILL The invention comprises a mast (1) Fig 1 with outer three rails (2), fixed in foundation (7). Mast has a travelling pipe (12) with internal sets of castors (15) for rails, bearings/ (15), A.C generators (24), rope cable holes (14) and wind deflector. A cylindrical drum (16) with plurality of blades (20) fits bearings (15). Bottom of drum has a generator gear (23) running A.C generator (24). Mast has an electronic control (6) with a rope module, its rope drum (9), its motor (8) & wind sensor, the electric module with generator A.C current output of volt, phase& communicating safety module with lamps. The drum has top (19) bottom (22) additional blade sets on different radii for more energy! The low wind model has deflectors (26, 28) directing wind to drum blades rotating generator for more electricity. In storms, electronic control lowers drum blades safely.
