Abstract: The present invention relates to a nutraceutical composition for oral administration in the form of a unit-dose powder sachet intended for reconstitution in a liquid medium. The composition comprises iron in the form of iron bisglycinate providing 15–35 mg elemental iron, along with vitamin C, folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin B- complex, and zinc to support hematopoietic function. The formulation further includes a prebiotic fiber component comprising inulin to improve gastrointestinal tolerability, and alpha lipoic acid (ALA) as a metabolic support agent providing antioxidant and energy-enhancing effects. Natural flavoring agents are incorporated to enhance palatability and patient compliance. The composition is provided as a homogeneous, free-flowing powder packaged in moisture-resistant sachets for convenient administration. The synergistic combination of ingredients improves iron absorption, reduces gastrointestinal side effects, and supports metabolic recovery, thereby overcoming limitations associated with conventional iron supplementation formulations.
