Abstract: ABSTRACT IMPACT OF AUTOMATION IN E-COMMERCE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM E-commerce platforms are rapidly growing due to increasing internet usage, digital payment systems, and online shopping trends. However, managing large-scale e-commerce operations manually is complex and inefficient. Business processes such as order management, inventory tracking, customer support, logistics, and performance analysis require significant time and resources. Automation technologies can improve operational efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall business performance. This paper proposes an automated E-Commerce Operational Efficiency and Business Performance Management System. The proposed system integrates automation, data analytics, cloud computing, and intelligent monitoring to optimize e-commerce operations. The system collects operational data, automates business processes, analyzes performance metrics, and generates recommendations for improvement. The proposed system improves operational efficiency, reduces operational costs, enhances customer satisfaction, and supports business growth.
