Abstract: A hygienic surgical instruments management assistive device, comprises of a body 101 configured with a plurality of slots 102 for storing instruments, a transparent enclosure 103 arranged in each of the slot via a curved guiding rail 104 for covering the instruments, a plurality of sliding barrier 105 comprising vertically arranged adjustable plates for adjusting internal slot geometry, a dual-stage atmospheric unit 106, including a sanitization fluid dispenser 107 and a high-velocity air-jet nozzle 108 for aseptic maintenance and moisture removal, an inflatable polymer bladder 110 and an air compressor 109 for cradling fragile surgical instruments, at least one imaging camera 111, a load cell, a humidity detector, and a PIR proximity detector for instrument size, moisture level, and inventory tracking, and a control unit communicatively for analyzing feedback to autonomously seal for user access and prevent instrument displacement.
