Abstract: Provided are a toxin-hydrophilic linker compound formed by camptothecin-7-ethylamine and a linker, a conjugate thereof with an anti-Nectin-4 antibody, and pharmaceutical use thereof. The toxin-hydrophilic linker compound can be conjugated with an anti-Nectin-4 monoclonal antibody to form an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), so as to increase the hydrophilicity of the ADC, reduce the aggregation thereof in the circulatory system, improve the efficacy, and reduce the adverse effects.
