The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.

Abstract: [0049] A hydraulically state-switched self-regulating agricultural drainage apparatus automatically manages debris accumulation in drainage paths. It comprises a primary drainage path with a debris-intercepting structure, a primary hydraulic sensing arrangement, and a debris-isolated reference hydraulic arrangement. A passive mechanical comparison mechanism converts the hydraulic difference into a mechanical imbalance. A persistence mechanism distinguishes sustained imbalances from transient disturbances, triggering a stored-energy cleaning mechanism for debris removal. During cleaning, a reference-state switching mechanism temporarily alters the reference hydraulic condition. A recovery mechanism assesses drainage recovery, and if insufficient, an emergency bypass activates. The apparatus operates without continuous electrical power or electronic control, providing coordinated multi-state debris management.
