The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.

Abstract: A hydraulic cold-press food machine (100) comprises a conical hopper (102), grinder unit (104), mixer unit (106), hydraulic cold-press compressor (108), smart capillary web injection system (120), shaping drum machine (110), cooling machine (112), rotary drum separator (114), conveyor belt assembly (116), and control panel (118). The hydraulic cold-press compressor (108) compresses a blended mixture under controlled low-temperature pressure. The smart capillary web injection system (120) includes a programmable capillary mesh (120a), pressure-actuated microvalves (120b), pressure sensors (120c), and nutrient reservoir (120e). The control panel (118) actuates the pressure-actuated microvalves (120b) when detected pressure satisfies a predetermined pressure threshold during a stabilized compression dwell interval, thereby infusing nutrient solution through the programmable capillary mesh (120a) into an interior region of the compressed blended mixture. The infused nutrient solution is mechanically sealed within the compressed blended mixture before shaping, cooling, and separation.
