Inventors include Pragya Singh; Aparna Singh; Mohammad Shariz Ansari; and Ameer Faisal.
The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.
Abstract: A hybrid solar-wind energy management system 100 and method are disclosed for optimizing renewable energy generation and delivery. The system 100 comprises a photovoltaic subsystem 101, a wind energy subsystem 102, a power conversion subsystem 103, an Artificial Bee Colony optimization module 104, a neural network control module 105, an intelligent switching and energy management module 106, a common DC bus 107, and a load/grid interface 108. The Artificial Bee Colony optimization module 104 performs maximum power point tracking to maximize photovoltaic energy extraction, while the neural network control module 105 adaptively regulates voltage of the wind energy subsystem 102 based on operating conditions. The intelligent switching and energy management module 106 coordinates power flow between renewable sources through the common DC bus 107 to provide stable and efficient power delivery. The invention improves energy harvesting efficiency, voltage stability, power quality, and operational reliability in standalone, microgrid, and grid-connected applications.
