Abstract: The present invention discloses a hybrid quantum-classical leukemia screening system (QL-GASNet) for automated analysis, classification, and progression assessment of leukemia using blood-smear and bone-marrow microscopy images. The system employs an IoMT digital microscope CBC Analyzer (101) for image acquisition, followed by stain normalization and WBC segmentation (102). A QGAN Synthetic WBC Patch generation module (103) augments limited leukemia datasets, while a Dual kernel QSVM Classification module (104) performs quantum-enhanced leukemia subtype classification. An XQ-AI Heatmaps + Confidence module (105) provides explainable diagnostic outputs. Hospital Digital Twins (106) and 5G IoMT federated aggregation (107) enable privacy-preserving collaborative learning across healthcare nodes. A QLSTM serial smear progression module (108) estimates disease progression and relapse risk from sequential examinations. The diagnostic outputs are integrated with PACS/LIS Physician reporting systems (109), enabling accurate, interpretable, and scalable leukemia screening.
