The application for the patent was published on September 04, 2026, under issue no. 36/2026.

Abstract: As more and more digital pictures are transmitted across open communication networks, it has become extremely tougher to keep private information secret and stop individuals from seeing sensitive visual information without authorisation. Standard encryption algorithms, which were created for text data, don't work well for images because they rely on a lot of pixels, are quite huge, and have a predictable statistical distribution. This work introduces a hybrid image encryption system that combines quantum-oriented image representation principles with many layers of nonlinear and chaos-based modifications to improve security performance. The suggested method starts by using a Quantum Novel Enhanced Representation (NEQR)-inspired binary architecture to show picture pixels. This means that you can use both quantum computational models and more traditional methods at the same time. Then, a method based on Fibonacci numbers is used to move the pixels around, which weakens the spatial relationship between items that are next to each other. The permuted data is encoded in a way that is similar to DNA and has nonlinear substitution features. Also, there is one additional phase that makes the visual structure much more random, which makes it much harder to guess. A six- dimensional hyperchaotic sequence generator creates key streams that are exceedingly sensitive.. An XOR-based diffusion technique uses these key streams to make the final encrypted output.
