Abstract: ABSTRACT HYBRID PRECISION WEED MANAGEMENT DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF The present invention relates to a device, system and method for precision weed applicator for row-planted pulse crops, combining an hybrid inter-row mechanical weeding unit with a targeted micro-dose herbicide applicator. The battery-powered device comprises a chassis frame (1), optical imaging sensors (5), a rotary encoder sensor (11), and a console (4). The system processes real-time images to generate a weed confidence score, calculating calibrated microlitre-scale herbicide doses. A solenoid valve (14) delivers the herbicide through a precision nozzle, synchronized with forward movement via encoder feedback. This integration allows for simultaneous mechanical disturbance and chemical treatment, significantly reducing herbicide usage and off-target drift while increasing operational efficiency.
