The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a Hybrid Nano-Crystal Fabrication Platform for Advanced Energy Storage and Semiconductor Applications that offers an integrated and controllable platform for synthesis, hybridization, deposition, processing and evaluation of nano-crystalline materials. The platform consists of modules for material preparation, precursor processing, nano-crystal synthesis, hybridization, substrate preparation, deposition, post-processing, characterization, process-control and application evaluation. The platform allows for controlled fabrication, which involves controlling precursors concentration, temperature, PH, reaction time, ratio of constituents to the reaction, dispersion, deposition conditions, and thermal treatment. This hybrid nano-crystalline material can be shaped as a powder, coating, thin film or electrode, with desired structural, morphological, electrical, optical and electrochemical properties. The manufactured material can be used as an active material in supercapacitors, rechargeable batteries, and hybrid energy storage devices; as a functional layer in semiconductor sensors, photodetectors, thin film electronics, optoelectronic devices, or components of nanoelectronic devices. The characterization results are used to control the process by adjusting the fabrication parameters to enhance the uniformity of the material, the characteristics of the interfaces, and its application-specific performance. The invention thus offers a versatile platform for application-oriented and reproducible fabrication of hybrid nano-crystalline materials.
