Abstract: The present invention relates to a hybrid inverter with smart load control designed to provide reliable and efficient power supply for residential applications by integrating battery energy with grid power. The system converts direct current (DC) from a battery into alternating current (AC) using a PWM-based inverter controlled by an Inverter Control Module (306) and MOSFETs (308), with output smoothing achieved through an LC filter (302) and DC link capacitor (301). A microcontroller (305) monitors system parameters using sensors including current sensor (303), voltage sensor (310), and temperature sensors (309), and controls power distribution through a relay module (304) to prioritize essential loads and disconnect non-essential loads under low battery or high demand conditions. A converter unit (304) ensures proper DC voltage regulation for control circuits, while aluminum heatsinks (307) provide thermal management for safe operation. The system enables monitoring and control through a dashboard accessible on connected devices, resulting in improved energy utilization, enhanced reliability, and a cost-effective solution compared to conventional inverter systems (Figure 1).
