Conventional methods for simulating turbulent flows suffer from high computational costs, often rendering them impractical for industrial application. This invention bridges the gap between deterministic Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and predictive machine learning models. The system comprises a high-frequency sensor array for data acquisition, a CFD engine for processing high- energy turbulent zones, and a neural-network-based predictive module for estimating low-energy flow regimes. A central synchronization unit employs a dynamic weighting mechanism to optimize computational efficiency based on the local Reynolds number, reducing resource intensity by several orders of magnitude compared to traditional Direct Numerical Simulation. By integrating real-time physics-based computation with stochastic predictive intelligence, the system offers a robust, scalable, and energy-efficient solution for monitoring and managing complex turbulent flows in aerospace, environmental, and industrial engineering contexts.
