Abstract: A method for preparing hybrid exosome-liposome compositions for skincare applications is disclosed. In one embodiment, liposomes are formed using multivalent cationic lipids; in another, using ionizable lipids; and in a further embodiment, using fixed cationic lipids. In each embodiment, the respective liposomes efficiently 10 encapsulate exosomes to improve their stability, bioavailability, and skin penetration when incorporated into topical skincare formulations for enhanced skin rejuvenation, anti-aging, and wound-healing effects.
