Abstract: The present invention discloses the hybrid EEG-fNIRS and adaptive TMS cap for 5 personalized Alzheimer’s treatment. A wearable, wireless cap designed to deliver personalized treatment for Alzheimer's disease by integrating EEG, fNIRS, and TMS technologies. The cap continuously monitors brain activity through EEG and fNIRS, providing real-time data on neural oscillations and hemodynamic changes. The device specifically targets Alzheimer's disease, focusing on 10 restoring or enhancing neuroplasticity in regions such as the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex. It uses EEG and fNIRS to detect neural activity patterns that are disrupted in Alzheimer’s and adapts TMS to promote healthy brain activity. In addition to Alzheimer’s treatment, the cap can be adapted for other neurodegenerative diseases or cognitive rehabilitation therapies, where 15 personalized, data-driven brain stimulation can aid recovery or slow degeneration.
