Abstract: The present invention provides a hybrid cord and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein non-uniformity caused by the difference in fineness between two different yarns is solved by twisting a first low-modulus yarn to reduce the difference in twist index between the first low-modulus yarn and a second high-modulus yarn and thereby achieve functional uniformity, and thus the hybrid cord is more balanced functionally, and has high strength, strong adhesion to rubber, and excellent fatigue resistance properties, thus making it possible to achieve performance improvement and weight reduction in a tire.
