Abstract: Large Language Models (LLMs) have the tendency of retrieving full answers to large documents, it contributed to incomplete and inaccurate responses. And wrestling with multi-format files, knowledge extraction and background. To eliminate such issues, Hybrid advanced context-aware RAG is proposed to enhance accuracy in retrieval and answer generation. The system accepts multi-format documents such as PDF, word, PPT, excel and csv. The content will be transformed into embeddings and stored in the FAISS vector database. Hybrid retrieval with semantic search and key word search. LLM checks content. And carry out Query expansion and iterative retrieval, which are applied to enhance accurate retrieval and coverage of search. Provides source citations. This is an efficient system of answering document questions, allows multi-format documents and Ollama produces final answers. It is implemented with Streamlit and can be used when offline and online.
