Abstract: The present invention discloses a Hybrid AI-Driven Endpoint Detection and Automated Response System for detecting, analyzing, prioritizing, and responding to cybersecurity threats associated with endpoint devices. The system comprises an endpoint data collection module configured to collect endpoint security logs and events, an AI-assisted parsing and enrichment module configured to transform endpoint data into structured security information, and a hybrid detection engine configured to combine rule-based and artificial intelligence-based threat detection. A threat intelligence integration hub obtains contextual security information from multiple external threat intelligence sources. An AI correlation and contextual risk scoring module correlates endpoint detection results with threat intelligence and generates contextual risk information. An AI decision engine determines appropriate security responses and may automatically initiate actions including endpoint isolation, IP blocking, credential resetting, and firewall actions. The system further provides result caching and rate limiting, a Security Operations Centre dashboard and alert engine, an AI-based investigation report generator, and a conversational security assistant for natural-language incident analysis. The integrated architecture provides a unified mechanism for endpoint detection, contextual threat analysis, automated decision making, and security response.
