Abstract: The present invention discloses a Hybrid AI-Based Context-Aware Energy Orchestration System for intelligent monitoring, prediction, and optimization of electrical energy consumption in residential, commercial, industrial, and smart infrastructure environments. The system comprises an Intelligent Energy Orchestration Controller, a Behavioral Learning Module, an Occupancy Prediction Module, an Energy Demand Prediction Module, a Context Fusion Engine, a Hybrid Decision Engine, an Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) Module, IoT-enabled sensors, and an Intelligent Relay Switching Module. The system continuously acquires real-time contextual and energy data, predicts occupancy and energy demand, computes a hybrid demand score, classifies electrical loads into human-dependent and non-human- dependent categories, and dynamically schedules appliance operation. The invention further enables adaptive task migration of non-critical loads and provides explainable decision outputs to improve transparency and user confidence. The proposed system enhances energy efficiency, reduces operational costs, improves occupant comfort, and supports scalable deployment in smart homes, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and smart-grid applications.
