Abstract: A HVAC (High Ventilation and Air Conditioning) condenser cleaning assistive device, comprises of a platform 101 with wheels 102 via extendable rod 105 to lift the platform for providing mobility for positioning near an HVAC condenser for cleaning, a touch interactive display allows user input for cleaning specifications, an AI- based imaging unit 104 to determine the distance to the condenser, a dust sensor detects dust or scale buildup, while a vertical frame 106 holds a container 108 with a two-axis lead screw arrangement 110 for translation, a motorized slider 201 moves an elongated shaft 107 within the container 108, rotating brush bristles 202 to clean the condenser's cavities, a multi-sectioned chamber 203 stores materials like water, cleaning agents, and oils, with motorized iris lid 205 dispensing them via conduit 204, pump pushes the dispensed materials through a tube with electronically controlled valves 118, spraying pressurized flows to clean the condenser.
