Abstract: ABSTRACT: Title: Humidity-Aware Sodium-Ion Battery Management System and Method For Real-Time Anomaly Detection and Mitigation The present disclosure proposes humidity-aware sodium-ion battery management system (100) for real-time anomaly detection and mitigation is disclosed. An embedded battery-management computing device (102) acquires multi-channel telemetry through a telemetry acquisition module (110), while a data-preprocessing module (112) generates derived battery features. A physics-informed battery-state estimation module (114) processes the telemetry and derived features using a trained physics-informed neural network to generate state-of-health, state-of-charge, and predicted internal-resistance outputs. An anomaly-detection module (116) compares predicted and measured internal resistance, determines normalized resistance deviation and resistance-growth rate, and identifies humidity-induced anomalies using a dynamically determined humidity-dependent resistance-growth threshold. A mitigation control module (118) executes state-of-health recalibration, charging-current modification, thermal- management adjustment, and state-estimation gain refinement. A model-update module (120) performs local parameter updates and supports federated parameter aggregation, while estimation, anomaly detection, and mitigation are performed locally without continuous cloud connectivity.
