The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to a human presence accountability system (102) comprising an entry-exit detection interface (104), a display panel (106), and a hardware processor (108). The hardware processor (108) stores individual-identity data as discrete individual-identity records each comprising a corresponding entry state and exit state, and performs per-individual entry-exit reconciliation to generate a live missing list of unexcited individuals. Upon receiving a closure event signal, the hardware processor (108) determines a logic conflict condition by evaluating a binary conflict between the closure event signal and the non-empty state of the live missing list without reference to any occupancy threshold parameter or external physical stimulus, and activates a pre- lockdown fail-safe response comprising generating an alarm signal and transmitting to the display panel (106) image thumbnail data corresponding exclusively to individuals enumerated in the live missing list.
