Abstract: The present disclosure provides isolated antibodies that specifically bind to human Nectin-4, antigen-binding fragments of such antibodies, and kits comprising the anti- Nectin-4 antibodies or binding fragments and a set of reagents for detecting a complex of the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof bound to human Nectin-4. The antibodies and antigen-binding fragments of this disclosure are useful for detection of human Nectin-4 expression in tissue samples and for treating cancer in a subject. Nucleic acid molecules encoding the antibodies and antigen-binding fragments of this disclosure, expression vectors, and host cells for expressing the antibodies and antigen-binding fragments are also provided.
