Abstract: The invention relates to a housing (100) for an electrical connector (900), the housing (100) having a first end (102) and a second end (104) opposite the first end (102) along a plug-in direction (106). The housing (100) further comprises terminal receptacles (202) located between the first end (102) and the second end (104), the terminal receptacles (202) each being configured to receive a terminal (904), which may be a female or a male terminal (904, 908, 1004). The first end (102) is configured to provide a male connector interface (108) and the second end (104) is configured to provide a female connector interface (110). The male (108) and the female con-nector interface (110) are complementary to one another. The invention further relates to an electrical connector with a housing, a set of two housings and a set of two electrical connectors. (Fig. 1)
