A hot-rolled steel sheet according to the present invention contains, in wt%, 0.03-0.1% of C, 0.1% or less of Si, 0.8-1.4% of Mn, 0.03-0.08% of Ti, 0.02% or less of P, 0.02% or less of S, and 0.01% or less of N, with the remainder comprising Fe and inevitable impurities, and satisfies relational expression 1.
