The electric flow heater comprises: a heating unit provided with a heating element; an introduction unit which is provided outside the heating chamber and into which a gas that passes through the heating unit is introduced; a discharge unit which is provided inside the heating chamber and from which the gas that has passed through the heating unit is discharged; and an electric connection terminal that is provided outside the heating chamber and is for supplying power to the heating element.
