Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a histopathology-driven cancer detection system (100) for detecting and classifying lung and colon cancer from digital histopathological images. The system comprises an image acquisition module (102), an image preprocessing module (104), a tissue region identification and segmentation module (106), a feature extraction module (108), an AI/ML classification module (110), an output and report generation module (112), a data management module (114), a model training and development module (116), and a user interface module (118). The system acquires and preprocesses histopathological images, identifies relevant tissue regions, extracts histopathological features, and processes the extracted features using a trained AI/ML model to classify tissue as non- cancerous, lung cancer, or colon cancer. The system further generates cancer detection results including confidence scores, probability values, highlighted regions, and structured reports for visualization, review, storage, and export.
