The decentralized nature of blockchain prevents unauthorized modification, deletion, or duplication of job records. The system also maintains a transparent audit trail of postings, updates, and company verification status. Smart contract mechanisms may automate approval workflows, expiry dates, and compliance checks for job listings. By eliminating fake offers and misleading advertisements, the invention significantly reduces job scams and fraudulent recruitment practices.
