Abstract: A hip thrust exercising device, comprising a rectangular base 101 having a plurality of suction cups 102 at bottom for affixing on a surface, a hydraulic pusher 103 mounted on base 101 with a rectangular elongated cushioned plate 104 through a hinge to allow a user to rest their back, a pair of rigid rods 105 attached with lateral edges of plate 104 to allow mounting of weighted plates onto rods 105, a strap 106 attached across plate 104 to fasten around waist of user for thrusting weight, a pair of inverted U-shaped telescopic links 107 mounted on lateral edges plate 104 to provide a gripping surface to user, a rectangular flap 108 mounted on base 101 via pneumatic pins 109 to provide a raised angular surface to user, an pair of robotic arms 110 mounted on base 101 to add or remove weighted plates on or from rods 105.
