Provided is a hinge equipped with a spring, in which: collars having cylinder parts into which the hinge shaft is fitted and a spring member is inserted are provided between the spring member and the hinge shaft support parts; both end parts of the spring member each bias one of the two bases; and at least one of the collars has a rotation-stop part (protrusion part) engaged with the rotation base to regulate rotation in the circumferential direction.
