Abstract: A method of fabricating a high tensile strut is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of: (i) providing a roll of coil stock made from a high strength steel material on a coil holding device; (ii) passing the coil stock through a levelling device to obtain a flat stripe of high strength steel; (iii) processing the flat stripe of high strength steel into a rolling forming machine to form strut channel; and (iv) cutting the strut channel into customized length based on specific requirements for constructions or structural use, thereby high tensile steel strut for constructions and/or other applications are obtained.
