Abstract: ABSTRACT “HIGH VOLTAGE AND LOW VOLTAGE WIRING HARNESS SEPARATOR” A wiring harness separator 100 for a vehicle electrical system 300 is disclosed. The wiring harness separator 100 includes a base plate 102 configured to be mounted within the vehicle 5 electrical assembly 300. The base plate 102 comprises at least one high-voltage (HV) cable holder 104 integrally formed with the base plate 102 and configured to receive and retain at least one HV cable 302 and/or at least one HV wire bundle 304. A barrier plate 106 is removably attached to the base plate 102, the barrier plate 106 comprising at least one low voltage (LV) wire bundle holder 108 integrally formed with the barrier plate 106 and 10 configured to receive and retain at least one LV wire bundle 306. The barrier plate 106 provides structural separation and electrical insulation between the HV conductors and LV conductors. A plurality of mounting portions 110 are disposed along the base plate 102.
