MUMBAI, India, Oct. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202614082555 A) filed by Mingguang Sanyou Power Technology Co. , Ltd. on July 04, 2026, for High-Safety Relay.
Inventors include Liu, Dayi; Ren, Shigang; Tan, Qiuxue; and Lu, Cilong.
The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a high-safety relay, including: a housing, an electromagnetic part, a contact part, and an actuating slider, where the housing adopts a dual-cavity partition layout to achieve basic isolation between the electromagnetic part and the contact part, and a first retaining wall is additionally provided on a push block of an armature assembly, relying on the physical barrier effect of the retaining wall to effectively increase the creepage distance between the contact part and the electromagnetic assembly as well as the armature assembly, solving the industry pain point of insufficient creepage distance caused by compact structure during the miniaturization and high-performance development of relays, blocking electric arcs and conductive particles generated by contact switching from migrating to the electromagnetic part, eliminating safety issues such as leakage and short circuit, and balancing a miniaturized structure with high safety performance.
