Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention provides a high-performance self-healing composite concrete incorporating nano-reinforcement technology for improving mechanical strength, crack resistance, durability, and service life of concrete structures. The composite comprises a cementitious binder, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, nano-reinforcement material, self-healing constituent, water, and chemical admixture. The nano-reinforcement material, comprising nanoscale materials such as nano-silica, graphene-based materials, carbon nanotubes, nano-alumina, or combinations thereof, is substantially dispersed within the cementitious matrix to refine pore structure, improve matrix densification, enhance interfacial bonding, and restrict microcrack propagation. The self-healing constituent may comprise encapsulated healing agents, mineral-based compounds, crystalline-forming materials, polymeric materials, or microbial constituents. Upon crack formation and exposure to an activation condition, the self-healing constituent releases or generates a sealing material within the crack region, thereby reducing crack width and limiting ingress of water and aggressive substances. The resulting composite provides enhanced structural performance and reduced maintenance requirements. Figure-1
