MUMBAI, India, June 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541066027 A) filed by Ceratattva Innotech Private Limited on July 10, 2025, for High-Performance Conductive Coating For Elevated-Temperature Environments.

Inventors include Dr. Abha Bharti; and Dr. Ganesh Babu Thiyagarajan.

The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.

Abstract: This invention presents a high-performance electrically conductive coating composition with excellent thermal stability and long-term reliability up to 600°C. The coating composition comprises 25% to 40% by weight of a binder, 1% to 5% by weight of a curing agent, 10% to 30% by weight of a conductive filler, 5% to 20% by weight of a thermal stability agent, a surfactant, and 20% to 40% by weight of distilled water. Using a potassium silicate binder combined with silver flakes and silicon carbide, the coating offers low electrical resistance, strong adhesion, and resistance to oxidation and chemical degradation. It cures at a low temperature (200°C– 250°C), enabling energy-efficient application on heat-sensitive substrates. Suitable for aerospace, automotive, electronics, energy, and defense, this coating delivers robust conductivity and durability in harsh environments, representing a significant improvement over conventional high-temperature conductive coatings.
