Abstract: The present invention relates to a high-efficiency thermal energy recovery system for smart industrial process applications. The system comprises a heat capture module with adjustable heat exchanger flow control for extracting thermal energy from industrial waste heat sources, a thermal energy storage module employing sensible or latent heat storage media to buffer temporal mismatches between heat availability and demand, an energy conversion module employing organic Rankine cycle or thermoelectric generation technology to convert recovered thermal energy into electrical power or process heat, a comprehensive sensor network monitoring real-time operational parameters, and an intelligent control module applying predictive control and machine learning-based optimization to dynamically maximize energy recovery efficiency across variable industrial operating conditions. A facility integration interface enables coordination with broader facility energy management systems, providing a technically advanced, adaptive solution for industrial energy efficiency improvement.
