Inventors include Srikanth Reddy Tiyyagura; Bala Praveen Kumar; Capt A Ramesh Krishnan; and Gp Capt Rahul Pipraiya.

The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT HIGH ALTITUDE HYPOXIA SPATIAL DISRORIENTATION SIMULATOR AND METHOD THEREOF A flight training simulation system is provided that integrates a hermetically sealed cockpit chamber for isolating a pilot with controlled atmospheric conditions, a full-motion rotation platform employing a multi-axis gimbal mechanism for 360-degree pitch, roll, and yaw rotation, and an air flow and gas management subsystem linked via air conduits to a gas generation and pressure control unit. The system features air extraction and gas injection modules capable of reducing cabin pressure and injecting a modified oxygen–nitrogen gas mixture while synchronously operating with the rotational platform via a central control unit. Sensor inputs from within the cockpit facilitate real-time adjustments, and integrated rotary electrical and data communication interfaces ensure seamless interaction with external flight simulation modules in the field of advanced flight training.
