It typically includes a Lanthanum Nitrate (La (NO3)3) (1), a 1.0 Cobalt Nitrate (Co (NO3)2) (2), a Ten-Component Dopant Nitrate Salts (3), a Double- Distilled Water (4), a Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) (5), an Ethanol (6), a Teflon-Lined Stainless-Steel Autoclave (7), a Conductive Carbon Black (8), a Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) Binder (9), a N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) (10), and a Graphite Substrate (11). This material offers a multifunctional platform that enhances 15 electrochemical performance through a high-entropy, deca-doped lattice that simultaneously achieves superior specific capacitance, high electrical conductivity at low temperatures, and significantly reduced activation energy for charge transport. This material is primarily applied as a high-performance electrode for supercapacitors and a cathode for low-temperature solid oxide fuel cells (LTSOFCs), with secondary 20 utility in electrocatalysis, environmental remediation, gas sensing, and electromagnetic shielding.
