The system enables continuous monitoring of operational parameters, automated fault localization, resilient data communication, local data storage during communication outages, and automatic synchronization upon restoration of connectivity. The invention further provides secure local maintenance access, centralized analytics, and maintenance accountability metrics, thereby improving infrastructure reliability, operational efficiency, public safety, and governance of geographically distributed streetlight networks.
