The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.
Abstract: The invention relates to an herbal formulation for an herbal infusion, comprising an herbal preparation, and a saponin supplement, and a process to prepare the same. The herbal formulation is prepared from various parts e.g. leaves, stems, petals etc. of Boerhavia diffusa, Perilla frutescens, Cinnamomum tamala, Rhododendron arboretum, Achyranthes aspera, and Ocimum gratissimum. In the herbal formulation, the saponin supplement is selected from either a high-saponin herbal shredding derived from a plant or a purified saponin compound. Herein, for consumption purpose, high-saponin herbal shredding are preferred as supplements for herbal formulation. The process includes mixing and blending of the herbal preparation and the saponin supplement. It further includes either packing the herbal formulation or boiling it for 10 minutes, removing the solid content and then cooling it for consumption. Various modes can be used for packing which are quite inert for the herbal formulation.
