Abstract: The present invention relates to a standardized herbal infusion composition comprising a standardized Brassica oleracea component, rich in glucoraphanin and its bioactive derivative sulforaphane, in combination with one or more phytochemical-rich herbal ingredients selected from Gymnema sylvestre, Trigonella foenum- graecum, Cinnamomum verum, Ocimum tenuiflorum, Zingiber officinale, Piper nigrum, Citrus limon peel and Stevia rebaudiana, for use as an adjunct in the management of diabetic neuropathy, diabetes-associated oxidative stress and related metabolic complications. The composition is provided in the form of an infusion powder and/or a unit-dose smart herbal infusion bag enclosed in a biodegradable filter material, enabling efficient extraction of water-soluble phytoconstituents upon brewing. The invention further provides a process for preparing the standardized Brassica oleracea powder and the infusion composition, and demonstrates antioxidant, antihyperglycemic, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective activity through in vitro and in vivo evaluation, supporting its use as a convenient, patient-friendly functional infusion for adjunctive diabetes care.
