Abstract: 11. ABSTRACT HEART DISEASE PREDICTION SYSTEM USING CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK The present invention relates to a computer- implemented Heart Disease Prediction System using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The system receives patient-related clinical attributes and performs input validation, missing-value handling, categorical encoding, normalization, and feature scaling. A feature-transformation module converts the pre-processed clinical attributes according to a predetermined mapping into a structured representation compatible with convolutional processing. The CNN processes the transformed representation to extract learned features, which are supplied to a classification module for generating an output indicative of heart-disease risk. A risk-prediction module generates a corresponding probability or confidence indication using a validated decision threshold. The prediction is presented through an authorized decision- support interface and may be stored together with model-version, preprocessing, feature-mapping, and timestamp information for traceability. The invention provides a reproducible CNN-based framework for computer-assisted heart-disease risk assessment.
