Abstract: The invention presents a machine learning-based intelligent system for early detection of heart disease using multiple classification algorithms including Support Vector Machine (SVM), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), and Random Forest. The system utilizes clinical data such as age, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, chest pain type, and ECG results to predict the likelihood of heart disease. A key innovation lies in the comparative analysis and selection of the most accurate model for reliable prediction. The Cleveland Heart Disease dataset from the UCI repository is used for training and evaluation. Experimental results indicate that SVM achieves the highest accuracy of 84%, followed by ANN with 83.5% and Random Forest with 80%. The system enhances clinical decision-making by providing fast, data-driven, and accurate predictions, supporting early diagnosis and improved patient outcomes.
