Abstract: A health-monitoring enabled pet grooming assistive device, comprises a circular frame 101 attached with a handle 102 that is gripped by a user for positioning frame 101 in proximity to a pet, an ultrasonic sensor for determining body dimensions of body, an imaging unit 103 for capturing and processing multiple images in vicinity of frame 101 to detect dirty fur on pet’s body, an multiple electronically controlled nozzles 104 for spraying pressurized water, a multi-sectioned vessel 105 to store liquid soap and water, a multiple motorized brushes 106 for providing scrubbing movement, a motorized brushes 106 to rotate for providing scrubbing movement to bristles, an air blower 107 to blow warm air over pet’s fur, a PPG (photo plethysmography) sensor coupled with a FBG (Fiber Bragg Grating) sensor for measuring pet’s heart rate and body temperature, a motorized pump for controlled dispensing of mixture of equipped soap and water.
