Abstract: An health monitoring based resting assistive device for infants, comprising a wearable component 101 securely wrapped around an infant, an artificial intelligence- based imaging unit 103 integrated in component 101 determines infant’s body dimensions, a pair of motorized rollers 104 coiled with a strap 105 for unwrapping/wrapping strap 105 across infant’s body, multiple suction cups arranged on component 101 back portion for affixing the component 101 on a fixed surface, a temperature sensor embedded in component 101 monitors component 101 surroundings temperature, multiple Peltier units 106 integrated in component 101 maintain an ambient temperature in component 101, a moisture sensor embedded in component 101 detect presence of moisture on component 101, a computing unit wirelessly linked with the device and accessed by a concerned user to get notifications, and a sensing module integrated in the component 101 for detecting abnormal health conditions of the infant.
