Abstract: In India, the adoption of electronic health records (EHRs) as the main method of medical data storage has been slow, and is still ongoing. In many rural areas, hospitals still store data entirely in physical form. Even in urban areas, patients encounter issues such as data loss while attempting to switch doctors or hospitals since they only have physical copies of their data. Additionally, storing data in physical form limits the analysis that can be done on the data. Due to this, it is difficult for people to verify the authenticity of physical medical documents as well, and forged documents are difficult to identify. In order to solve these issues, we aim to create a cloud-based, secure application that allows medical personnel to issue verified medical reports to patients. The encrypted medical data is stored in a centralized location and can be accessed by the patient it is issued to and those that are given permission to view it by the patient themself. We also aim to help patients better understand the results of their tests by analyzing and visually representing the data using a graph. The proposed approach uses cloud computing, standard AES encryption, two-factor authentication, and use of data visualization tools
