Abstract: ABSTRACT HEALTH BELIEF MODEL BASED IMMUNIZATION PERCEPTION AND RISK BEHAVIOR ASSESSMENT SYSTEM A Health Belief Model based immunization perception and risk behaviour assessment system (100) comprising a demographic data collection module (110), an immunization perception assessment module (120) evaluating perceived susceptibility (122), severity (124), and benefits and barriers (126), a perceived risk behaviour assessment module (130) with vaccination compliance tracker (132), hesitancy analyser (134), and information-seeking assessor (136), a Health Belief Model analysis engine (140) with multi- construct processor (142), perception-behaviour correlation engine (144), and sociodemographic association analyser (146), and an intervention recommendation module (150). The system integrates six Health Belief Model constructs with dual-dimensional assessment to evaluate parental immunization decision-making and generate targeted intervention recommendations. Field evaluation among 172 parents demonstrated significant perception-behaviour correlation and identified demographic associations guiding focused immunization promotion strategies. [
