The harness unit (1) has at least one sheet-like structure (3) in which the person can be restrained, wherein the sheet-like structure (3) comprises at least two locking points (5), each locking point having a fastening element (4), for stretching the sheet-like structure (3) through the interior (201) of the emergency vehicle (200), and the at least one harness strap (2) is connected to the sheet-like structure (3). The invention further relates to an assembly consisting of a harness system (100) and an emergency vehicle (200).
